At Growee Farms, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us through any of the following methods:

What Data We Delete

Upon receiving your request, we will delete the following personal information associated with your account:

Name and contact information (phone, email, address)
Order history and delivery details
Payment records (we do not store card/UPI details)
WhatsApp conversation history stored on our systems
Any cookies or tracking data linked to your account

What We May Retain

We may retain certain information as required by Indian law:

Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes (as required under the Income Tax Act)
Information necessary to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.

Facebook / Meta Login Data

If you connected to Growee Farms via Facebook or Instagram, we will delete all data received from Meta platforms upon your request. You can also remove the Growee Farms app from your Facebook App Settings.
